What if I am not satisfied with the product?
- Quality issues: During the warranty period, we provide replacement or refund services, and the shipping method is the same as the purchase method.
- Purchased from a third-party retailer: Please contact the retailer directly for after-sales support.
Reissue process
Contact us: Contact the Starware team at support@starwaregroup.com to obtain the return address.
Provide information: Please include the following details in your email:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order screenshot)
- Reason for return
- Video or photo of the faulty product
- Complete delivery address
- Shipping instructions
Please use a shipping service that provides tracking service.
Refund processing
- Starware will process the refund within three business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the same method as the initial payment.
- Refunds may not appear on your credit card statement until the next billing cycle.
